Control private keys
Execute trades on behalf of users without user authorisation

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

Investment advice
Trading recommendations
Solicitation to buy or sell any asset

You acknowledge that:

Crypto trading is highly volatile and risky

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity occurring under your account

Kaizen is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence.

6. Wallets and Blockchain Interaction

Kaizen operates as a non-custodial platform.

We:

Do not store private keys or recovery phrases
Do not control or reverse blockchain transactions
Analyse publicly available blockchain data

You acknowledge that:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible
Wallet interactions are executed at your own risk
Kaizen is not responsible for on-chain losses or errors

7. Copy-Trading and Automation

If you use copy-trading or automated execution features:

You remain fully responsible for all trades executed
You acknowledge that copied strategies may incur losses
Risk controls are configured by you, not Kaizen

Kaizen does not guarantee:

Profitability
Strategy performance
Accuracy of copied signals

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
Interfere with platform security or integrity
Misuse analytics or data
Impersonate others or provide false information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Branding

is owned by or licensed to Kaizen Labs.

Blockchain networks
Wallet providers

Kaizen is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective policies.
